Delete your WAI Corp account

Use this page to ask WAI Corp to delete your WAI Corp account, or only some of the data stored for it.

How to request deletion

  1. Enter the name on your WAI Corp account.
  2. In Request, say whether you want the whole account deleted, or only some of the data.
  3. Choose Send. We complete valid requests within 30 days.

What is deleted and what is kept

Deleted within 30 days

  • The account for this app, including the username and other sign-in identifiers.
  • App data stored for that account, such as profile details and content saved to the account.
  • If you ask to delete only some data, we delete that data and keep the account.

Kept, then removed

  • This request, including your name and message, until we finish it. We do not keep it longer than 90 days.
  • The IP address used to send the request, deleted together with the request.
  • Data that exists only on your device. Uninstall the app or clear its storage to remove that.
